Bob and Sam’s Wedding Day

Bob and Sam’s wedding was a short notice event for me, as I recieved a call on the Monday evening informing me they required a wedding photographer for Friday. Not one to shy away from a bit of pressure, I straight away collected my sample books and headed off to have a sit down and a chat, to discuss what was required and how I could assist with capturing the big day. Straight away it was obvious that Sam and Bob where truly in love with each and enjoy a bit of banter and having a right good laugh.

Thankfully we had a few days to play with and I even managed to have a look around the venue with Sam.

The day started off looking a little grey and cloudy but this soon disappeared and the ‘sun got his hat on and came out to play’ giving a perfect summers day. After arriving at the venue, I saw Bob having a little refreshment outside, along with his son who was also his best man. After a quick good morning, I found the bride, bridesmaids, hair and make-up crew and Charlotte from the Bridal-Lounge in a hive of activity upstairs, which as discribed by the bride Sam, was a production line for getting ready, consisting of three rooms; hair in one, makeup in another and finally dressing in the last.

Whilst the production line was in full swing, Bob and the rest of the chaps had managed to get dressed and find the local watering hole at the bottom of the hill.

The ceremony room was beautifully decorated and all of the guests looked wonderful. The newly married couple beamed from ear to ear and I am sure that their new married life will be full of wonderful moments and memories.
